**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a wide range of teas and hot beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Boil water, brew tea, and mix ingredients accurately and hygienically
- Maintain cleanliness of tea station, equipment, and utensils at all times
- Refill and stock tea ingredients, milk, sweeteners, and disposable cups/lids
- Ensure proper food safety and hygiene practices
- Take and fulfill customer orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Dispose of waste properly and clean the preparation area at the end of each shift
- Report low stock levels and equipment issues to the supervisor
- Assist with other kitchen tasks as required
- Follow company policies, health and safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a tea maker or in a beverage preparation role is preferred
- Knowledge of tea types and preparation methods is an asset
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends or holidays
- Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Physical stamina for long hours of standing
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
