**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise facility operations including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and building codes.
- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and facility improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, assets, and service agreements.
- Implement energy-saving strategies and sustainability initiatives.
- Oversee soft services (cleaning, pest control, waste management, etc.) as required.
- Manage a team of technicians and support staff; provide training and performance oversight.
- Handle emergency situations and implement disaster recovery plans.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in facilities management within the GCC region.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering.
- Strong background in facility maintenance operations.
- In-depth knowledge of local regulations and building safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using CAFM/CMMS systems.
- Strong communication and vendor management skills.
- Valid GCC driving license (preferred or as required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
