**Associate Wet Utilities Engineer**

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Associate Wet Utilities Engineer **to join our team In this role you will get to **participate in design of exciting land development and highway projects **.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Prepare hydraulic models utilizing SewerGEMS, WaterCAD or SewerCAD software and researches how engineering principles are applied in the software with supervision
- Produce clear and well-organized design calculations
- Review technical documents to develop understanding of engineering principles used in analyses
- Contribute as a productive team member to meet project deadlines.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in civil Engineering
- Typically 1-3 years experience within role is preferred
- Understand how to read design plans and profiles
- Able to select applicable standard specifications with oversight
- Working knowledge of engineering software packages associated with foul sewer, potable water and irrigation networks design.
- Digitally proficient
- Understanding QA/QC standard practices and procedures

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Developing proficiency with standard detailing practices
- Developing basic detailing sketches for design plans with supervision
