**Position**: Accounts Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Account Management**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for e-commerce platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with account managers from these platforms to enhance the visibility and performance of Baladi Express products.
- Ensure that all products, promotions, and campaigns are accurately listed, updated, and promoted on the platforms.
- **Sales & Performance Optimization**:
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics on e-commerce platforms to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute strategies that drive sales and enhance customer engagement on platforms.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, making recommendations for product positioning and pricing adjustments.
- **Inventory & Order Management**:
- Coordinate with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability on e-commerce platforms, avoiding stockouts or oversupply.
- Manage order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- **Financial Management**:
- Monitor and manage account receivables, invoices, and payment cycles with e-commerce platforms.
- Track and report on the financial performance of accounts, providing regular updates to senior management.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:
- Ensure that all e-commerce listings and activities comply with relevant policies and guidelines of the platforms.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on account performance, sales figures, and other KPIs.
- **Customer Service & Problem Solving**:
- Address any customer complaints or platform-related issues that may arise, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining brand reputation.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to improve user experience on platforms.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- **3-5 years of experience** in account management, with a specific focus on e-commerce platforms
- Proven experience in managing accounts and relationships with online delivery services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in the food & beverage or FMCG sectors is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and e-commerce management platforms.
