As a truly inclusive community school, we embrace the individuality and cultural identity of every child while fostering a deep sense of belonging. **Join Our Team** **Leadership and Management** - Collaborate with the Principal and Leadership Team to update and feedback on strategic goals and objectives for the school. - Lead the development, publication, and implementation of the Primary Phase Development Plan, through systematic self-evaluation. - Oversee the preparation and implementation of a Primary timetable that meets student needs and regulatory requirements. - Conduct Performance Management Reviews and oversee the performance review process for all academic staff. - Design staff development programs in collaboration with the principal and ALT addressing the identified needs for growth and improving staff effectiveness. - Evaluate Primary CPD programs to ensure ongoing professional growth, recording evaluations for future development. - Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for Primary staff and ensure effective induction into the school community. - Promote teamwork, act as a role model, and encourage staff motivation to maintain a high-quality learning environment. - Manage resources (space, staff, budget, and equipment) effectively, in collaboration with the Finance and Admissions Managers respectively. - Monitor and analyze performance data to ensure high academic standard
