**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source relevant CVs through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to align recruitment needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical job roles and skillsets.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job boards.
- Good understanding of the Qatar market and the labor law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
