A opportunity has arisen to join this amazing luxury 5-star property, the hotel is part of an international group, as the Cluster PR & Communucation Director
- Develop and execute a comprehensive and strategic public relations and communication plan aligned with the resort's overall goals and objectives, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand's mission and values.
- Serve as the chief spokesperson for the resort, managing media relations, high-profile interviews, and crisis communication, and representing the resort's interests in a professional and engaging manner.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, journalists, influencers, and industry professionals to secure positive coverage and generate favourable publicity for the resort and its offerings.
- Lead crisis communication efforts by developing robust crisis management plans, protocols, and messaging strategies to effectively address potential issues and protect and enhance the resort's reputation.

**Your experience and skills include**:

- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar capacity for at least 5 years
- Extensive experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles, crisis management, media relations, and strategic communication planning.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive narratives and messages for various audiences and platforms.

Arabic Language is preferred
