**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Read, understand, research and study **Furniture **solicitation documents and SOW
- Find the right suppliers/vendors that can meet requirements
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms and contract with suppliers/vendors
- Prepares and submits Tenders, Contracts, RFIs, RFQs, BOQs and bidding proposals
- Work independently at the right pace to complete deliverables
- Win bids/contracts and execute as per contract
- Process Purchase Orders, Material Request Forms and Delivery Notes
- Follow through contracts/projects from market research stage, solicitation, procurement/execution until delivery/completion
- Must be able to handle or address post-sales concerns of clients
- Meet every deadline of solicitations/bids
- Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
- Liaise with Furniture suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
- Must be able to analyze market pricing vs winning bid price
- Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close open orders/contracts
- Liaise with logistics / procurement on furniture deliveries
- Other duties as assigned or required

**DESIRED SKILLS**:

- Procurement and Furniture Tendering experience is a **must**:

- Must have excellent MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint,..) skills
- Self-motivated, presentable and competitive
- Strong ability to establish rapport with clients
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (with neutral accent)
- Ability to work professionally in a multi - cultural environment and as a team player
- Versatile and can work efficiently under pressure
- Should be well equipped with decision making skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Experience**:

- Furniture Tendering: 1 year (required)
- Procurement: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- highly-fluent English (required)
