**Responsibilities**

Responsible for all pre and post Contract matters so as to ensure compliance with company policy and to company's interest.
- Maintain all master agreements templates and update as needed to ensure robustness.
- Draft appropriate contracts and amendments for new and existing clients utilizing standard templates.
- Track, maintain, and report status of contracts including renewals and those in negotiation.
- Scrutinize, critically review, and interpret contract provisions and terms ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and standards.
- Review potential/ suggested contract changes with Contracts Manager and effectively communicate them to legal, finance, and other impacted managers on a timely basis.
- Recognize unique contract requirements, characteristics, and issues as they arise and proactively keep head of Contract Administration and appropriate managers/ team informed.
- Evaluate claims received from contractors or consultants in a timely manner so as to mitigate claims and disputes.
- Follow contract administration practices and office procedures and formulate appropriate improvements.

**Education**

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Master's degree holder preferable.

**Experience**

10 years relevant experience, 5 years of which in a position involving management and supervision
