Management Solutions International (MSI) is HIRING

We are looking to hire a Contract Specialist for a 6-month contract with a reputed company in Qatar.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatari contract laws and commercial regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal and company policies.
  • Monitor contract performance and manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Coordinate with legal teams and internal departments to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Maintain a repository of all contractual documents and track deadlines.

Contract Type: 6 Months (Extendable based on project needs)
