**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and maintain reports such as weekly activity plans, project updates, monthly summaries, and sales forecasts.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by driving both new business and existing account growth.
- Identify and reach out to new prospective clients in the targeted sectors.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic sales planning and recommend actionable insights.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase value to current and potential clients.
- Customize solutions to meet specific project requirements and ensure optimal client satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze project data, including details on consultants, contractors, competitors, and end-users.
- Manage negotiation processes and resolve conflicts using a variety of effective strategies.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Advise clients on appropriate product choices, materials, and technical specifications.

**Qualifications, Experience, and Skills**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in MEP & Fit-Out Sales, construction, carpentry, or joinery sectors (required).
- At least 2 years of direct experience in the Qatar market is mandatory.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural works.
- Proven expertise in finishing and interior fit-out product lines and material specifications.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Effective negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and professionally.
- High proficiency in presentations, problem-solving, and creative solution development.
- Valid QID and transferable visa are required for immediate availability.
- A valid Qatar driving license is essential.
