Junior Project, Pre-Sales & Delivery Engineer
who can support project execution, deliver client demos and POCs, build dashboards and analytics, assist in deployments, and grow into a customer-engagement and sales-support role.

Role Overview
The
Junior Project, Pre-Sales & Delivery Engineer
will be responsible for:
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Supporting project planning, tracking deliverables, and preparing documentation.
- Coordinating with internal teams, partners, and customers for smooth execution.
- Assisting in onsite/remote deployments, system configuration, and testing.
Pre-Sales, Customer Engagement & Growth
- Joining customer meetings, requirement discussions, and workshops.
- Preparing proposal inputs, solution overviews, technical clarifications, and RFI/RFP responses.
- Conducting solution demonstrations, walkthroughs, and feature presentations.
- Assisting the sales team with material preparation, presentations, and early-stage engagement.
POC & Demo Execution
- Setting up and executing POCs based on customer datasets and scenarios.
- Preparing demo environments, workflows, and functional test cases.
- Documenting POC results and preparing executive summaries for clients.
Dashboards, Data Handling & Analytics
- Working with customer data to build dashboards, KPIs, and analytics insights.
- Validating data quality and supporting data preparation pipelines.
- Preparing reporting layouts and visualizations for client presentations.
Documentation & Presentation Generation
- Creating high-quality presentations, diagrams, technical documents, and deployment guides.
- Supporting training material preparation for clients and internal teams.
- Maintaining clean, updated documentation for configurations and project updates.
Required Work Experience and Skills
Education & Core Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience
in project coordination, pre-sales, data analytics, or technical delivery. - Basic understanding of IT systems, APIs, or software deployment environments.
- Exposure to dashboards/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage.
Technical Proficiency
- Understanding of API concepts, data formats (JSON/CSV), and system integration basics.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or analytics workflows is a plus.
- Ability to prepare dashboards, KPIs, and reporting insights.
- Comfort with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Visio, diagramming tools).
- Knowledge of security systems, Smart City platforms, or VMS/PSIM environments is beneficial.
Delivery & Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills and confidence in customer-facing environments.
- Ability to prepare polished presentations and deliver clear demos.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn and grow into sales/pre-sales.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
