We are looking for a highly creative and driven **Visual Merchandiser** to join our growing FMCG team in Qatar. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for developing innovative visual concepts to promote our products in-store, ensuring that they stand out and resonate with consumers. Your role will be essential in maintaining brand consistency and increasing product visibility across multiple retail locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and customer engagement in retail stores.
- Design and set up attractive in-store displays that align with brand standards and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and product arrangement across various retail outlets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that visual merchandising supports promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of displays, adjusting them based on sales data and consumer feedback.
- Work directly with retailers to coordinate product placement and ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain inventory of visual merchandising materials (e.g., props, displays, signage) and reorder supplies as needed.
- **Travel across different stores and locations** within Qatar to execute and refresh visual displays, requiring a **Qatar Driving License** and **own vehicle** (car or motorbike).

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, ideally within the FMCG sector or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of merchandising techniques, product presentation, and consumer behavior in the FMCG market.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and an ability to create impactful visual displays.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
- **Qatar Driving License** (mandatory) and **own vehicle** (car or motorbike) for mobility across multiple store locations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in the FMCG industry or with consumer goods brands.
- Knowledge of the local Qatari market and retail landscape.
- Experience with retail audits or managing visual merchandising for large-scale retail networks.
