**Wet Utilities Design Manager**
**Qatar, Doha**

Parsons is looking for an **amazingly talented Wet Utilities Design Manager** to join our team In this role, you will lead a team of engineers delivering major infrastructure projects, with a primary focus on **potable water, treated sewage effluent (TSE), and foul sewage systems**,

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Oversee the design and development of potable water, TSE, and foul sewage systems, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Manage and mentor a large team of engineers and CAD technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Manage the scope, schedules, and budgets for infrastructure projects, from inception to completion.

- Perform engineering computations, material take-offs, and design assignments while providing technical support and design reviews.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and providing regular updates throughout the project lifecycle.

- Coordinate with internal teams and facilitate regular project meetings to ensure seamless project execution

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum 15 years of related field engineering experience, with at least 5 years of local Qatar experience.

- Strong expertise in the design and management of potable water, TSE, and foul sewage systems, with mínimal emphasis on surface water design.

- Broad general engineering background and previous supervisory experience in a project engineering role.

- Hands-on experience in delivering major roadway and infrastructure projects.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Chartered Engineer status from an internationally recognized organization is preferred.
