This will be a frantic program so we need the right senior planner to hands on manage and protect the program. This person must be based in Qatar and have strong client facing skills.

**Description**:

- We need someone to hit the ground running. Its a Design & Build contract worth 4500 Million QAR on the airport. _
- 1/2 of the project is airside and 1/2 landside so the permits, access and stakeholder management is critical. _

We will have to divert all the utilities from power, fuel & electricity which on an 11 Month program is tight.

Its a LEAN design and the construction incorporates Steel, Pre Fab & Reinforced Concrete so for a Car Park its complex.

You will be the no1 planner on site and will be expected to manage and produce the program. This is not the role for someone seeking a large team looking to delegate work.
- Currently based in Qatar
- Clear strength as a Lead / Senior Planner on Building Projects for reputable Main Contractors on 300 Million QAR + Projects
- 5 Years Minimum in such a role or 2 Projects as No1 Planner
- Must be degree Educated
- Qatar essentials = UPDA / MMUP Grade A
- Have a Qatari Driving License
- Understand its a 6 day working week based on site
- You have the confidence and client facing skills to protect the contract against any potential claims
