Corporate Relation Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Corporate Sales Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue from B2B/corporate clients
- Conduct market research to identify new sectors, clients, and product/service needs
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, networking, and client referrals
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring profitability and long-term relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
**2. Client Relationship Management**
- Build and manage relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders
- Organize and lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
- Provide tailored solutions to client needs and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track client engagements in CRM
**3. Marketing & Brand Promotion**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategic campaigns aimed at corporate clients
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials, sales brochures, presentations, and case studies
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to enhance online visibility (social media, SEO, ads)
- Organize or participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide feedback for improvement
**4. Market Intelligence & Business Development**
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide product positioning and promotions
- Identify partnership opportunities and collaborations that align with the company’s strategic direction
- Prepare detailed sales and marketing reports for management
**5. Internal Coordination & Leadership**
- Collaborate with product, finance, and operations teams to align strategies and deliver client expectations
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior sales or marketing staff
- Assist in recruitment and training of new team members as the department scales
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 5-10 years of proven experience in B2B sales, marketing, or combined sales & marketing roles
- Experience in digital marketing, brand management, or corporate communication is a plus
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and marketing platforms
