**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems (including split units, package units, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ductwork systems)
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential system issues or inefficiencies
- Replace and repair HVAC components as needed (compressors, fans, motors, thermostats, filters, etc.)
- Ensure systems comply with all safety and environmental standards
- Maintain accurate service reports and logs
- Respond promptly to service calls and perform preventive maintenance
- Work with tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to complete tasks on time

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of HVAC experience in GCC or home country
- ITI/Diploma in HVAC or relevant technical field
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
- Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Must be **available to join immediately**:

- **Valid QID and NOC** are mandatory
- Basic communication skills in English
