**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fleet management and logistics sectors in Qatar.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding fleet management needs and providing customized solutions.
- Regularly engage with clients to assess service satisfaction, ensuring long-term partnerships.
**Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to fleet management.
- Conduct client presentations and demonstrate Rapport Group’s fleet management capabilities.
- Create persuasive sales proposals that outline the value of Rapport Group’s fleet management services.
**Market Analysis & Business Growth**:
- Research and analyze market trends and competitor activity in the fleet management industry.
- Leverage insights to identify potential clients and opportunities for business growth.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure.
**Reporting & CRM Management**:
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client information, and market insights.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts specific to the fleet management sector.
- Utilize CRM tools to monitor the sales process and enhance client relationship management.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **3-5 years of proven sales experience** in fleet management, GPS tracking, or a related field in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of fleet management solutions and the local market landscape.
- **Valid QID** and **Qatari driving license** are required.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to meet targets in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
