**Job Title: Sales Engineer - Aluminum, Glazing, Curtain, and Blinds**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for aluminum, glazing, curtain, and blinds products.
- Manage key accounts and establish long-term relationships with clients in the fit-out and construction industries.
- Lead the sales process from identifying opportunities to closing deals, with a focus on large-scale project sales.
- Provide technical expertise to customers, understanding their needs and recommending the best solutions tailored to their projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and logistics, to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients, demonstrating the value of the products and services offered.
- Track project progress and customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction and successful project completion.
- Work with the marketing team to promote products and services through various channels.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client details, project status, and sales forecasts.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Proven +5 experience as a Sales Engineer in the aluminum and glazing, curtain, and blinds industries, with a focus on project sales.
- Prior experience working with a fit-out company is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the technical aspects of aluminum, glazing, curtains, blinds, or related products.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a successful track record in project-based sales.
- Strong network in the construction, fit-out, or related industries is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to client sites as required.
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
