**JOB SUMMARY**:

- Responsible for overall operation and profitability of car wash.
- Develops people and fosters a team environment and a positive company culture on an ongoing basis.
- Drives business by focusing on the customer’s experience.
- Responsible for physical appearance of site, equipment maintenance, maintaining a safe work environment, and chemical and supply inventories.
- Managers employees and schedules all car wash personnel.
- Provides training for new employees and re-trains existing employees to ensure they are oriented to the shop and all company SOP’s.
- Manages inventory.
- Responds to equipment malfunction and manages to rectify.
- Maintains a safe work environment. Understands OSHA and can communicate and perform lock out/tag out, HAZCOM, SDS and other safety policies.
- Handles customer complaints.
- Understands and controls factors that contribute to (or take away from) the overall short and long-term profitability of the operation.

- To develop and identify appropriate target client list.
- Working to set and achieve personal targets, which will lead to the achievement of sales goals.
- Logging and maintaining all contacts into sales database, ensuring they are constantly up-to-date and performs regular reporting as required by the BDM
- Ensuring that pricing levels negotiated with the customer meet a corporate target profit level.
- Meeting clients outside the company and convincing them about our company services.
- Sending quotations to Clients.
- Coordinating with the supervisors regarding new membership in different car wash locations.
- Controlling different car wash locations using advanced software.
- Updating customers’ details on system software.
- Sending the job order list to sales team twice a week.
- Follow up with call center Agent regarding daily tasks.
- Handling issues escalated by call center Agent.
- Uses computer skills to enter information and retrieve data from proprietary software system.
- Disciplines employees both verbally and in writing as required by company policy and ensures documentation is maintained.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to QAR4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Three: 1 year (preferred)
- Car Washing: 7 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Arabic (preferred)

**Location**:

- Doha (required)
