REFINING

**Primary purpose of job**
The primary purpose of this position is to manage, and control the financial budget & expenditure pertaining to all

departments of Refining Operations and Chemicals Plant using SAP modules where the following summarize the work

Preparation of Operating, Capital and Non
- Routine budget as per Finance guidelines for Refinery Departments to ensure

effective cost control

**Experience & Skills**:

- Practice or knowledge in accounting system to develop Refinery and Chemicals Plant Budget Package.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance at Oil & Gas Sector to be acquainted with Capital and Non-Routine plans.
- Minimum 2 years working in SAP Finance Module for Oil Industry, to manage Cost Variances, Re-phasing, OPEX/CAPEX

Reporting and varies financial matters.

**Education**
Bachelor’s in finance / Business Management or equivalent, an additional degree in Engineering of any discipline is

preferred as option
