Delivery Leader

**Position Overview**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Delivery Excellence**
- Ensure that all methodologies, processes and tools required for the successful delivery of services are developed and/or sourced as per best practices.
- Oversee DU’s activities and operations to ensure timely delivery and productivity of resources involved

**Sales and Pre-Sales Support**
- Identify opportunities for cross/up-sell across clients in collaboration with Product Development team and help business teams in converting them.
- Tender Management
- Take strategic call whether specific tenders need to be taken up or not

**Other Strategic Responsibility**
- Ensure the formulation and implementation of malomatia’s vision, mission and strategic objectives by instilling and maintaining leading-practice processes.
- Promote technological research aligned organization vision, values, practices, and user projects

**Client Management**
- Ensure consistency and quality of the client end user experience across all digital channels and touchpoints.
- Facilitate timely resolution of all customer feedback and handling of escalations if any
- Contract Management
- Assist the Practice Leader - Application Development & Management in the pre-testing phase by evaluating project plan to identify potential problem areas and suggest recommendations.
- Execute composition of system documentation, review and recommend changes in requirements, design, and code reviews.
- Take ownership of quality of service by ensuring delivery adheres to the project scope properly and avoid scope creep and escalate it to PU Leader if required
- Report progress reports to Practice Leader - Application Development and Management at regular intervals and escalates necessary issues.
- Initiate invoicing with clients in adherence to the terms of contract

**Financial Performance**
- Works with the Practice Leader - Application Development & Management to plan the budget and manage the financial performance of the DU.

**Sales and Pre-Sales Support**
- Support Pre Sales with technical proposal writing

**Tender Management**
- Estimate the financial and resource requirements at project level for new Tenders

**Delivery Excellence**
- Comprehend technical architecture vision/roadmap to guide the team to execute and deliver projects in alignment to the same.
- Provide ad-hoc technical and functional support required for technical decision processes, resource allocation and capacity planning

**Culture**
- Ensures the culture of the Delivery Unit is aligned to the overall culture and ways of working of Malomatia

**Career Planning and Development**
- Provides guidance and direction to direct reports by managing their performance through appropriate feedback and counseling
- Supports functional capability building for employees in delivery teams initiatives through training as per organization’s guidelines

**Employee Engagement**
- Provides strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and guides employees to efficiently perform and achieve customer delivery excellence
- Fosters high level of employee engagement and retention of talent

**Desired Educational Background**
- University degree in Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration with specialization in Information Technology from a recognized university.

**Language Requirement**

**Desired Experience**
- At least 5 years of experience in managing a Scrum project/team through all phases of the SDLC.
- Experience in managing multiple projects.

- Programming languages, including MS SQL, C#.Net, ASP.Net, MVC, IBM iSeries, DB2, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, and other Web Technologies
