Looking for a **Construction Superintendent E&I** to work in **Qatar**.

**Start date: ASAP**

**End Date**: 31 Aug 2026**

**Location**:Qatar **Onshore (QFAB)**

**Contract duration: 36 Months**

Qualifications and experience required:

- Either more than 15 years Construction experience or an apprenticeship or diploma in a relevant discipline or degree in a relevant discipline plus experience in a similar role.
- 15 years of major oil and gas offshore project experience in a fabrication or construction capacity
- Strong organizational, management, and technical judgment skills
- Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
- worldwide experience working with contractors and subcontractors, those involved in the construction of Onshore oil, gas, chemical and/or petrochemical plant facilities.
- Middle East (preferably Qatar) working experience is preferred.

Technical and Business Skills
- Sets situations/issues in the context of the entire team and has an appreciation of the wider relationships with other people and organizations.
- Works independently within established procedures, plans, and budgets and contributes to the development of these.
- Has autonomy over scheduling and planning of own work; organizes efforts of work group to achieve overall efficiency.
- Establishes credibility with peers, subordinates, and supervisors.
