**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy & Planning**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to optimize social media campaigns.
- **Content Creation**:

- Create high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, graphics, and copy) for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines, tone, and voice.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan, launch, and manage paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Interact with followers, respond to queries, and engage in conversations to build and maintain a positive online community.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews across platforms and respond in a timely, professional manner.
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**:

- Track social media metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or others.
- Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the design, sales, and product teams to align messaging and promote new products, services, or promotions.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials and campaigns that align with the company’s goals.
- **Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the packaging, printing, or manufacturing industry.
- **Social Media Platforms**:

- Proficiency in managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) for business purposes.
- **Content Creation Skills**:

- Strong ability to create engaging content, both written and visual (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, etc., is a plus).
- **Analytical Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills with experience in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.).
- **Communication**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences.
- **Creativity**:

- Highly creative, with a keen eye for design, trends, and storytelling.
- **Team Player**:

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to align social media content with business goals and objectives.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in the packaging or printing industry.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and online advertising.
- Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
