Our Marketing department is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Social Media Executive.

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining our company’s social media platforms. You will also be responsible for creating captivating content for all social media pages. Monitoring user engagement and analyzing feedback on a daily basis is a mandatory task.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop monthly content calendar and execute as per plan
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content with the support of graphic designers and videographer
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices to grow company accounts.
- Developing engaging social media strategies.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Engaging followers with regular company updates.
- Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention.
- Responding to comments and messages on social media on time.
- Monitoring social media metrics and ROI.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Analyzing social media trends.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Preparing social media engagement and activities reports.
- Coordinating with Graphic Designerand other team members.
- Staying up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

**Requirements;**
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive, or a similar position.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPI’s and have successful cases of growing social media accounts previously.
- Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.
- Sound knowledge of social media tools.
- Outstanding proofreading and editing skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to write catchy content.
- In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
