**Position**: Estimation Engineer - Fit-Out Projects
**Location**: Qatar

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed estimates for fit-out projects in accordance with Gulf region standards.
- Conduct quantity and material take-offs.
- Analyze project drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and design teams.
- Assist in tender preparation and bid submissions.
- Maintain and update cost databases for materials and labor.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of fit-out estimation experience in the Gulf region.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs.
- Proficient in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality fit-out projects in the Gulf.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
