**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and oversee mechanical maintenance activities for various facilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure efficient operation of mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, providing effective solutions.
- Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring adherence to safety standards and protocols.
- Coordinate with other departments and contractors to facilitate seamless maintenance operations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare regular reports.
- Monitor inventory and order necessary supplies and spare parts.

**Requirements**:

- 5 to 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably within the Facilities Management sector.
- Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and other related equipment.
- Valid Qatar Driving License.
- Valid Qatar ID (QID) and No Objection Certificate (NOC) are mandatory.
- Ability to join immediately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Certifications in relevant maintenance and safety courses are a plus.
