The University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) is looking for a dedicated and skilled Research Assistant to contribute to the "Enhancing Programming Course Outcomes through Gamification and AI-driven Personalized Learning: An Innovative Approach in Qatar's Educational Landscape" project. This role involves supporting the research team in developing and implementing innovative solutions in programming education using gamification and AI technologies. Terms of Employment - Location: University of Doha for Science and Technology, Qatar. - Duration: Full-time position, aligned with the project duration. - Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits. Cover Letter: (File name: Personal letter, Family name, Ref. number) 1-3 pages including: - Self-introduction. - Explanation of interest in the project. - Description of how your skills and experience align with the job requirements. **Responsibilities**: **Key Responsibilities** - Research Support: - Assist in conducting literature reviews and data collection. - Participate in the development and testing of the AI-driven personalized learning system. - Support the development of gamification elements for the programming curriculum. - Data Analysis and Reporting: - Assist in analyzing data collected during the project. - Help in preparing reports, presentations, and academic papers. - Technical Implementation: - Provide technical support in programming and system development. - Contribute to the maintenance and troubleshooting of the learning system. - Collaboration: - Work under the guidance of senior researchers and postdoctoral fellows. - Collaborate with team members for efficient project execution. Qualifications: Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Educational Technology, AI, or related fields. - Experience in AI, machine learning, or gamification is preferred. - Strong technical skills, including proficiency in relevant programming languages. - Good analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities. - Effective communication and teamwork skills.
