**Position Details**
- **Position**: Foreman - MEP (Qatar Driving License Must)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations and maintenance activities of **HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems**.
- Allocate tasks to technicians and ensure timely completion of **PPM & reactive maintenance**.
- Conduct **site inspections** to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate with **subcontractors and vendors** for specialized works.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, supporting technicians when required.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, workforce allocation, and material usage.
- Support **energy-saving initiatives** and sustainability practices.
- Enforce **HSE standards** and ensure team compliance.
- Provide **on-the-job training** and technical guidance to junior staff.
- Liaise with clients/occupants to resolve complaints and provide updates on maintenance work.

**Key Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma / ITI Certification in **Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing**.
- **5-7 years of MEP maintenance experience**, with at least **2-3 years in a supervisory/foreman role** in Facility Management.
- Strong knowledge of **MEP systems** (HVAC, pumps, electrical panels, plumbing, fire systems).
- Ability to read and interpret **MEP drawings & technical manuals**.
- Strong **leadership, team management, and reporting** skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Sound knowledge of **HSE practices**.
- **Qatar Driving License is mandatory**.

**Immediate joiners preferred.**
