**Spa Branch Manager Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate spa staff to a level of service which exceeds all guest expectations by facilitating team work and ensuring all duties are performed in a consistent manner and in the time allocated.
- Improving and Analysing Customer Satisfaction across the reception and therapist.
- Maintain close contact with clients, receiving feedback regarding the operation of the spa and fitness services if offered at the branch.
- Following up with all other personnel to ensure work is delivered to a consistent standard as stated in the spa operations manual.
- Grow retail sales and increase sales conversions at the retail gallery and with the therapists
- Manage merchandise, including display and replenishment of shelves, par levels
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports.
- Monitoring spa protocols through staff interactions, customer service, and hygiene.
- Responsible for ensuring and maintaining adequate supply of all products, including all those used in treatments and those sold retail, and reordering when required.
- Regular inventory check and reorder supplies.
- Receive and check stock in conjunction with salon iris and HD systems as per purchase orders and invoices.
- Co-ordinate with the needs of the team to ensure the smooth operations, cleanliness and maintenance of the entire spa and its equipment’s.
- Actively seeking verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis.
- Agreeing and implementing actions to make improvements to customer service.
- Having detailed knowledge of department Standards and operating procedures.
- Develops positive working relationships at all levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
