**Qualification**:

- Diploma in engineering or equivalent qualification.
- A valid certificate in painting from an accredited institutions is preferred.

**Experience**:

- 10 years plus of experience as painting foreman in Oil & Gas project.
- Proven experience as a painting foreman or in similar leadership role with in the Oil & Gas industry.
- GCC experience will be an added advantage.

**Key Expectations & Skills Required**:

- Organized and detail oriented.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools and materials used in industrial settings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Strong organizational and problem - solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills for record - keeping and reporting.

**Responsibilities**:
**Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead and manage a team of painters, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring productivity.
- Faster a culture a safety, quality, and teamwork among painting crew members.

**Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project specifications and deadlines.
- Develop work schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate painting activities to meet project milestones.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that all activities adhere to company safety polices, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular safety meetings. Inspections, and coordinate painting activities to meet project milestones.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor and maintain the quality of painting work to ensure it meets project and industry standards.
- Implement quality control processes and inspection.

**Equipment and materials**:

- Overseas the maintain and proper usage of painting equipment and tools.
- Manage inventory levels paint and related materials, ordering supplies as needed.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of work activities, including daily reports, safety records, and equipment maintain logs.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to superiors.

**Cost control**:

- Monitor project expenses, labor hours, and material usage to control costs and maintain profitability.
- Identify opportunities for cost - saving measures without compromising quality.

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
