**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily activities of painting crews, including painters, blasters, and helpers.
- Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure efficient use of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate with supervisors, QA/QC inspectors, and engineers to resolve on-site issues and maintain workflow.
- Ensure all materials (paints, thinners, abrasives) are available, properly mixed, and used according to manufacturer and project requirements.
- Enforce safety rules and ensure workers use the correct personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe work practices.
- Maintain accurate daily records of work performed, manpower, materials used, and any issues or delays.
- Train and guide workers on correct painting techniques, equipment use, and safety practices.
- Inspect ongoing work and ensure that defects are corrected promptly.
- Report progress, challenges, and material requirements to the supervisor or site manager.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or technical qualification; additional vocational training or certifications in painting/coating is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial painting/coating, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Familiarity with safety standards and practices in industrial environments, including confined spaces, working at heights, and handling hazardous materials.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, basic drawings, and specifications.
- Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
