The Estimator - Fit-Out will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for design and build fit-out projects, including interior design, joinery, glass, and furniture works. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of materials, finishes, and fit-out processes to ensure competitive and profitable project pricing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents for fit-out and interior design projects.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, subcontractors, and equipment.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams to gather necessary project information.
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost breakdowns, and pricing summaries.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering solutions.
- Assist in tender preparation, submission, and post-tender clarifications.
- Maintain an updated database of suppliers, subcontractors, and material costs.
- Support the project team during negotiations and project handover.
- Ensure all estimations comply with company standards, client requirements, and project timelines.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum **5 years of experience** as an Estimator in **fit-out, interior design, joinery, glass, or furniture projects** in Doha or the GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Proficient in estimation software (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD, and CostX or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
