**We are hiring Purchase Executive - From Qatar (Local Hiring)**

Position Name:

- Graduation in Supply Chain or Logistics

**Salary**:

- 5000 QAR (Full Package)

Job Role:

- **Monitor and action**:

- Purchase requisitions (PR), raised on Workflow software.
- Assisting in Sourcing Suppliers
- Assisting in Sending Enquiries
- Collect quotations
- Negotiate rates and terms

**Collate and compare quotations**
- Assisting in Suggesting suppliers

**Purchase Orders**
- Order confirmation either through ERP or direct collection from suppliers
- Collection from supplier either by self or arranging external service
- Delivery to Warehouse / requesters following approved chain of custody.
- Assisting in Completion of relevant documentation and filing.

**Petty Cash Handling**

Maintain proper records of cash receipts
- Maintain top-level accuracy in purchases and cash handling.

**Reporting**
- Maintain proper records of all activities.
- Assisting in creating reports as required by Line manager

**Performance Indicator**
- Daily / Weekly updating as agreed with Line manager.

All standard requests to be actioned within 24hrs.
- Quotes / pricing is to be received and uploaded within 2-3 days for standard requests.

**Performance Indicator**

Purchasing and delivery for standard request is to be completed within 2-3 days.

100% accuracy to be maintained in purchasing the right items at the right terms.
- **Supplier Management**

Performance Indicator

Maintain 100% accuracy in receiving and handling cash.

Performance Indicator
- Accuracy of reports and records prepared and tracked.

Ability to perform calmly under pressure and works well as a team player

Proactive approach with requestors and suppliers
- Realistic approach to handling issues and problems
- Approachable, exibits positive and welcoming attitude
- Meticulous and attention to details.

Punctuality - respecting own and others time.

Integrity to the department standards and policies.

Ensures respect & professionalism in all interactions

Ensures personal health and safety by being compliant with safety policies put into practice by the company and ensuring that colleagues and coworkers adhere to it to ensure a safe and healthy work environment

**Education**:

- Minimum of a University Degree

Purchasing Certification from accredited body

**Technical Skills**:
Well versed with purchasing techniques, logistics and operations.

Has a strong knowledge and network of local suppliers

holding Qatar Light Vehicle Driving License & good knowledge of Qatar

Roads.

Industry Experience: 2-3 years' experience in the same field

**Personal Qualities**:
Polite, courteous and easily approachable

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; effectively manage time and meet deadlines with limited supervision

**Technology Skills**:Technical knowledge of basic computer systems & MS Office

**Language Skills**:
Ability to communicate in English and Arabic

**Communication Skills**:
Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
