Job Title: Truck Access (Security) Supervisor

Location: Doha

**Job Summary**:
The Truck Access (Security) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all security operations related to truck access on-site. This role involves managing the security team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining the security of the premises by monitoring vehicle entry and exit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the security team responsible for monitoring truck access points.
- Ensure all trucks entering and exiting the site comply with safety and security protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of access points and security equipment.
- Train and mentor security personnel on best practices and emergency procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all truck movements and security incidents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Address any security issues or incidents promptly and effectively.
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in security management are a plus.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within security or logistics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with security systems and protocols.
