**FINANCE MANAGER**

We are looking for a **Finance Manager** with extensive experience in the construction or facilities management sector to join our team and help drive our financial strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models for construction projects, ensuring cost control and efficient allocation of resources.
- Manage financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal financial policies.

- Present financial reports to senior management, including P&L statements, cash flow analysis, and balance sheets.
- Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial institutions.
- Monitor and manage financial risks associated with large-scale construction and facilities management projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.
- At least 10 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the construction or facilities management sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction project finance, cost control, and budgeting processes.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a finance team.
- Knowledge of local tax laws and financial regulations related to the construction industry.
- Locally available (Residing in Qatar with valid QID)
- Immediate joiner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
