**Responsibilities**:
Our newest opportunity is for a talented **Project Manager (Fit-Out) **to join our team based in** Doha, Qatar.**

We envisage success in this role to include;
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Leading and managing small project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication among team members.
- Reviewing and negotiating contracts with clients and contractors, ensuring all terms are clear and adhered to.
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Reviewing contractor submittals, including shop drawings and material samples, ensuring they meet project specifications and standards.
- Evaluating and recommending contract Variation Orders, payments certificates and invoices for client approval.
- Reviewing and reporting on Cost Estimates, design submissions, technical reports.
- Identifying, assessing and mitigating project risks. Resolve problems through objective and systematic analysis.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and subcontractors, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.
- Identifying potential issues early and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include **5+ years of relevant experience** partnered with a **Bachelor of Architecture.**
- Experience in Fit-out projects with architectural background.- Knowledgeable in contracts, site work, managing small team and reviewing contractors submittals.
- Consultant experience preferable.
- Good written and oral communication.
