**About the role**:
The **Officer-Crew Resources** is supervising as well as carrying out the timely production of legal, safe and efficient rosters for pilots, cabin crew, and security flying staff in line with regulatory and strategic guidelines. He/she is to ensure that all other roster related activities are performed within agreed timeframes and finalized rosters are communicated to the relevant crew members and departments. He/she supports the Head of Crew Services. The role is 24/7 shift work and requires regular communication with Flight Crew and Cabin Crew, the Operation Control Centre (OCC) team and Flight Operations Management.

Main Duties include but not limited to:

- Responsible for the production and updating of legal flight crew, cabin crew and security flying staff rosters based on available manpower as well as national/ international and company policies and procedures.
- Maintain crew regulatory compliance in line with QCAA regulations.
- Ensure correct crew compliments are assigned to each flight.
- Responsible for providing a cost effective rosters, Hotel Accommodation and transport planning and production is done with the highest level of safety, security, passenger, crew, and management satisfaction.
- Maintain all database associated with organizing and managing of leave assignments and days off in relation to the leave bid and HR Procedures.
Support post flight analysis of major events, assisting with the review of team performance.
- Ensure the correct crew training assignment is performed and compliant with OM-D and regulatory rules and liaise with Crew Training Officers to obtain information on scheduled trainings.
- Ensure FTL reports are updated and communicated to management and all roster relevant data is entered into systems used.
- Ensure cost effective tickets issuance with agents related to price and route, Report any new or change in the Hotel Accommodation travel policies from agencies that might affect the Department, company or cost to Amiri Flight.
- Ensure crew is notified of duty changes at appropriate times in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist Head of Crew Services with the development of policy, procedures and checklists. Ensure crew duty travel is efficiently arranged.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Associate Degree or Equivalent.
- Minimum two (2) years airline experience as a Crew Services Officer, ideally from VIP/ Unscheduled Operator.
- Flight Time Limitation regulations knowledge.
- Computer literate ideally with industry standard rostering software.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
