**Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality chocolates and confections using various techniques and ingredients
- Develop new recipes and flavors to expand the product range
- Ensure that the production area is clean and organized
- Source, purchase, and manage inventory of raw materials and ingredients
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Train and supervise junior chocolatiers and production staff
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain proper food handling and storage practices
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in chocolate making

**Requirements**:

- Experience in chocolate making and confectionery
- Knowledge of different types of chocolate and their flavor profiles
- Ability to create unique and innovative chocolate products
- Attention to detail and precision in measurements and techniques
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques.
