**Job Overview**

The Financial Analyst will support GeoSoft’s finance function by conducting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. With 5+ years of experience, the role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting decision-making, improving efficiency, and ensuring financial governance across projects and operations.**

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or CFA/CPA preferred).
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial reporting software.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Knowledge of international accounting standards and financial best practices.

**Experience**
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Proven background in developing budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
- Experience in project-based or multinational environments preferred.
- Track record of supporting business strategy with financial insights.

- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
