Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Financial Analyst based in Doha, Qatar. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, analyzing financial data, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and overseeing financial statements. The individual will collaborate with various teams to develop strategies for improving organizational profitability and ensure accurate and timely reporting to support business decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance principles
  • Strong expertise in Financial Modeling and Real Estate Valuation
  • Proven Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data
  • Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and analysis
  • Experience in Financial Reporting and compliance standards
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strategic thinking
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate findings clearly
  • Work experience in the real estate sector is advantageous
