**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
- Drive high-quality lead generation while maintaining low CPL.
- Manage targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing for campaign improvements.
- Allocate, forecast, and manage sizable marketing budgets with ROI accountability.
- Select and test creatives (image/video) for maximum performance.
- Work with lead forms (Facebook, LinkedIn) and coordinate lead follow-ups.
- Track and optimize campaigns using tools like Google Analytics & Ads Manager.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Contribute to landing page/content optimization when needed.
- SEO knowledge is an added advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 3-4 years of international experience, preferably in a **digital marketing agency**.
- Strong expertise in **Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads**.
- Proven success in lead generation, CPL reduction, and ROI optimization.
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking and lead gen forms.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with adaptability for underperforming campaigns.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Based in Qatar - **Immediate joiners preferred.**
