**About the role**:
As Technical Manager - Physical Security Systems, you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition through:

- Good knowledge of access card technology, biometric technology, IP cameras, software/ hardware interfaces, providing high availability solutions and managing effective communication with all internal/ external Stakeholders, Vendors, and Suppliers.
- Review of system architecture and evaluation technical solution for Physical Security Systems, including but not limited to Access Control System, Biometrics System, Facial Recognition System, Video Surveillance and Analytics System, Foreign Object Debris (FOD) Detection System etc.
- Provide system administration and technical support for Physical Security Systems.
- Manage maintenance contractor for routine preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Coordinate with various internal/ external stakeholders to gather business requirement and plan the implementation/ upgrade of Physical Security Systems accordingly.
- To control, supervise and coordinate installations, maintenance, upgrade and support of Physical Security Systems to meet the business objectives of HIA.
- Manage the technical expertise within the team so that resources are appropriately and effectively allocated for design and installation & commissioning activities based on their skill level and operational/ project requirements.
- Responsible for the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) update for all equipment under Physical Security Systems.
- Ensures processes and standard operating procedures (SOP) are documented, reviewed and updated on regular basis.
- Responsible for the review and implementation of ISO20000 and ISO27001 standards in Physical Security Systems domain.
- Ensure that systems are periodically tested for business continuity and all cyber security vulnerabilities are addressed.
- Ensure all established IT infrastructure library (ITIL) processes and procedures are implemented and adhered for standardized Services and support across IT platforms, to enhance and improve IT service provisions, stability and predictability.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**:

- Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor’s level
- Degree in Electronics/Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
- Expert - minimum 10 years of job-relevant experience required
- In depth knowledge about federal and centralized Access Control System database architectures, access control card technologies, biometric technologies, and associated standards/ protocols.
- Exposure to Video Management System, CCTV Cameras and Advanced Video Analytics System
- Experience in projects and support and maintenance activities of Physical Security Systems
- Experience in a customer facing role involving direct communication with users
- Airport related work experience.
