**Secretary**
Location: Qatar
The Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative support to the school and instructional programs, managing correspondence, scheduling, document preparation, and event coordination to ensure smooth office operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform routine administrative tasks: filing, meeting minutes, reports, presentations
- Prepare letters, reports, bulletins, and other documents
- Manage student information files and attendance reports
- Schedule substitute teachers and manage daily substitute lists
- Assist with planning and support for meetings, conferences, and events
- Maintain school calendar and generate weekly news bulletins
- Receive and screen visitors and calls; respond to general inquiries
- Coordinate travel and logistics for staff and students
- Organize special events including graduations and ceremonies
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma plus diploma or certificate in Office Administration/Management
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Proficient in English and Arabic (oral and written)
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
