As a Travel Consultant, your role will be pivotal in providing exceptional travel services to our clients, leveraging your expertise in the industry for efficient ticketing and reservations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing travel inquiries, needs, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Travel Planning: Assist clients in planning and booking their travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, seamless booking and ticketing.
- Destination Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and local customs to offer informed recommendations to clients.
- Booking Management: Efficiently manage flight and hotel reservations, create travel itineraries, and coordinate travel logistics, ensuring clients satisfaction.
- Travel Regulations: Stay updated on international travel regulations, visa requirements, and health and safety guidelines, providing accurate information and ensuring travellers compliance.
- Sales and Upselling: Promote additional travel services, such as insurance and packages, enhancing the clients travel experience.
- Problem Solving: Handle travel-related issues, changes, and emergencies with efficiency, offering viable solutions and support.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant with a strong background in ticketing.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of reservation and ticketing systems.
- Updated knowledge of international travel regulations and requirements.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

**Salary**: From QAR3,000.00 per month
