**Position Summary**:
The Sales Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing relationships and ensuring their event needs are met with excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a passion for events.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
**Event Planning and Coordination**:
Collaborate with clients to develop and execute event concepts, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
**Project Management**:
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
**Reporting and Analysis**:
Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on project status and outcomes.
Analyze event performance and client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
**Business Development**:
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or events to existing clients.
Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
4 years of GCC experience in the exhibition and events industry
Strong understanding of event logistics, planning, and execution.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in written and oral communication skills (Arabic & English)
Results driven, commercially minded
Track record in delivering and exceeding sales targets
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent organisational skills
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management related to events.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to negotiate confidently at all levels
With valid Qatar Driver's License
