Job Title**:Commis Chef**

Starting Salary**:QAR 2,000 to QAR 2,200 plus Transportation and Shared Accommodation**

**Job Overview**: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our culinary team as a Commis Chef. The Commis Chef will play a vital role in assisting our chefs in the preparation of high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and aspiring chef to develop their culinary skills in a dynamic and supportive kitchen environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist chefs in the preparation of ingredients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to recipes.
- Execute basic cooking techniques under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
- Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Monitor and adjust cooking times and temperatures to ensure food quality.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and properly stocked with ingredients and utensils.
- Rotate and manage inventory to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Work closely with chefs, sous chefs, and other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth flow of kitchen operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment at all times.
- Actively seek opportunities to learn and enhance culinary skills.
- Participate in training sessions and take initiative in professional development.

**Qualifications**:

- Culinary school diploma or relevant culinary certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a kitchen environment, either through internships or entry-level positions.
- Basic understanding of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food.

**Salary**: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,200.00 per month
