It was one of the few companies in the Middle East to offer a comprehensive range of gas services, including importing liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), storage, distribution, design, installation of LPG and natural gas networks, commissioning, and operating the gas system, in addition to the supply of LPG.
We are looking to hire a sales executive to support our cylinder department.
1. Role description:
The sales executive is responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers and retaining current customers to deliver the agreed sales objectives, customer satisfaction levels, and profitability targets within the Unigaz Entity sales plan, vision and mission, core values, and business objectives.
2. Duties:
- Meet established annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales targets, and prioritize and schedule own activities to ensure achievement of agreed targets
- Follow up with customers to ensure the collection of credit payments
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services to increase customers’ loyalty
- Identify and address disputes with customers to ensure customer retention and protect the company’s market positioning
- Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Act as a primary contact to ensure all customer requests are handled properly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify, research, and conduct prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
- Define potential customers based on market information and initiate visits and presentations with them
- Build a solid customer pipeline by following sales processes that provide a disciplined approach to successful selling.
- Refer customer feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the company so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands
- Document and report on sales progress and results regularly

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Experience in the gas or oil industry or related field is preferred
Experience in the Qatari market is a plus
Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a plus
**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
