**Job Title: QA/QC(Welding /NDT/Piping /structural) Inspector**

**Location**: Qatar
**Industry**: Oil & Gas
**Availability**: Must be locally available in Qatar

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform inspection and monitoring of all welding and fabrication activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Review and verify **Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)**, **Procedure Qualification Records (PQR)**, and **Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ)**.
- Conduct **RTFI (Radiographic Film Interpretation)** for welds, castings, and related components.
- Ensure that **NDT (Non-Destructive Testing)** is performed in accordance with approved procedures and standards.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain proper documentation of inspection results.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, and QA/QC teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Support and ensure compliance with all **health, safety, and environmental (HSE)** regulations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma or Degree in **Mechanical Engineering** or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum **10 years of experience** in **GRE, NDT, and piping inspection**, with at least **2 years dedicated to inspection roles**.
- Prior work experience in **Oil & Gas plants in Qatar** is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of welding codes, standards (ASME, API, AWS, ISO, etc.), and QA/QC practices.

**Certifications (mandatory)**:

- **CSWIP 3.2 Senior Welding Inspector** or **AWS Senior CWI (Certified Welding Inspector)** certification.
- **ASNT Level II Certification** in relevant NDT methods (RT, UT, MT, PT).
- Additional relevant QA/QC or inspection certifications will be an advantage.
