**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare sandwiches and wraps according to customer orders and company recipes.
- Slice meats, cheeses, vegetables, and other ingredients accurately and safely.
- Assemble ingredients and package finished products neatly and efficiently.
- Ensure all food preparation areas and equipment are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
- Maintain proper food storage practices and follow all food safety guidelines.
- Monitor inventory and inform the supervisor when supplies are low.
- Handle customer orders and special requests with a positive attitude.
- Assist with other kitchen tasks such as basic food prep, restocking, and cleaning.
- Follow hygiene and sanitation protocols strictly.
- Maintain a fast pace during peak hours while ensuring quality and accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a sandwich maker or in a food preparation role is an asset.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
